Currently I have the G90 with the A7LA30 chipset. I am looking to buy another dashcam and use my current one as a rear window camera and the new one will be the front facing camera. I like the design and size of the G90 dashcam and would like to keep it simple and go with what I know. I noticed there's another higher model with the A7LA70 chipset that will allow 1080p @ 60fps which would be great. Looks like it can also be bundled with a GPS unit depending where you buy.
So ultimately, my question is, does anyone have the G90 A7LA70? Does it perform well? I'm only experiencing 3 problems with my current G90 and those are poor quality battery life and a failed speaker (already replaced and sounds great!). The mount seems to be holding up fine despite some complaints I read. The third problem I have is that the sound quality used to be very poor. Even with a firmware upgrade which removed the static and buzzing sound, it still isn't the greatest.
