Garmin Dashcam Mini 2 flashing yellow and green

Hi,
My new Garmin Dashcam Mini 2 is flashing yellow and green beeping constantly. It's not connecting to my phone.
I have reformatted the microsd card without fixing the issue. Then I tried a new card. Both are Sandisk Class 10.
Any suggestions for fixing it resetting the unit?

It's past the return window on Amazon and they suggest I contact Garmin but have a hard time getting through on the phone

Here's what the online manual for the cam has to say : LED's
It seems there's an update being installed based on your description and what the manual says. Not sure what to tell you about that except to ask if you've tested the card(s) with 'h2testw' or 'crystaldiskmark' to ensure they're functioning correctly.
