Has anyone reverse engineered the Garmin parking mode cable to figure out how it signals the dash cam into parking mode?

USB Pin 1 is +5V, Pin 5 GND and Pin 4 signal parking/continuous mode.

Something like this?

Pin 1. +5V
Pin 2. NC
Pin 3. NC
Pin 4. +5V continous / 0V parking
Pin 5. GND

I am not sure about the ID pin. I measured 2.8 - 1.8V depending on park/cont. mode. I don't have an oscilloscope to see if it is just a simple voltage rise/drop.

Two resistors are used to signal park/cont mode.

With ACC on, ID pin resistance to ground is 12.9 kohm.
ACC off its 30.9 kohm.

The dash cam has a pull up on the ID pin. When the parking mode timer is up the dash cam releases the ID pin, it drops to 0 v and the switch mode converter is shut off. It can't power on again until you turn the car key. Some speculation there.
