Git 2 microphone applicability

I almost bought a Polsen GPMK 22 boom and unidirectional mike set includung a mounting that attaches to a gopro mount. It is designed for the Gopro action cam. B and H Photo's website says it uses 4 vdc from the camera's battery, which caused me to wonder if the Git 2 has a power circuit to match Gopro's An obvious drawback is battery drain. Is anyone familiar with the Git 2 usb power terminals?

Yes, the Git2 provides power, don't know if it is exactly 4v, I would guess a little less, but it will work.

That looks a rather nice kit, good sensitivity too unless you want to record something loud. Should work well with the Git2.

If you get it then post some videos for us to listen to...

PS. it will use almost no power.
