Alright i just came back today from snorkelling off Pt. Lonsdale, Australia. Wasn't very clear underwater but still did well. I edited using GoPro Studio which seems to work really well with Gitup too. I am still amazed at the quality of the Gitup2. Awesome

Make sure to watch in HD 60fps

You probably forgot to add link to the video ?

Yeah, Git2 has very good quality video recording.

Nice, but lacks gyro stabilisation.... πŸ˜‰

Gyro is infact on. its just the erratic movements thats causing it. Gyro can't stabilise everything unfortunately.

Correction:
Lacks better operator πŸ˜‰

Having the gyro make everything completely smooth does not make a good video, it starts to look more like a computer generated virtual reality. The Git2 gyro lets things still look real while removing the annoying shake that you wouldn't see in real life. The SJCAM M10+ gyro works really well but it is annoyingly smooth and when watching the video you feel that you are watching through a camera rather than being there as part of the action.

Matter of taste, but shot with M10+ gets my vote πŸ˜‰

Im quiet happy with how the Git2 handles everything. having a 1080p 60fps (which makes it feel more jittery because the video has more frames unlike conventional cinema) really blows every other setting out of the water i think including the preferred 2k 30fps

OMG underwater 'selfie sticks'. πŸ™‚ I bet the fish laugh at you. πŸ™‚

I wonder how the video would be if the cam was attached underneath the float?
