Hi! Plz help to decode GPS data from 70mai DashCam Pro. Its's emmbedded into MP4 file as "GPS " atom.

It seems, bold hex data - is coordinates (DVR shows 59.7466 30.1012). But how to convert hex data to graduses or radians?
