GPS Mount Not Recording

Hi all

Installed the 0803 today hardwired

When I plug the micro usb in directly to the camera the camera records when ignition is started as expected - great stuff - looks good too - well happy with videos Ive seen

However when I plug the micro usb power into the GPS mount the camera starts up occasionally and doesn't record then shuts down

Its the new design mount too

I assume I need to plug the micro usb into the gps mount or does it always go to the camera - I maybe doing it wrong???

Or does it only record once GPS lock is gained maybe???

With the old mounts it made no difference where you plugged it in, I doubt that the new mounts work any differently.

Do all the pins look and feel good when you press them down?

The problem could be on either side of the mount - ie could be the connections within the camera.
