GPS Signal issue with 322GW camera

Hello All,

I have a nextbase 322gw camera (connected with rear window camera). When I start the car, it looks for satelite signal (flashing satelite icon), the finds it and connects.

While driving it loses the signal and the camera never goes back to searching for satellites so there is no location data/speed stamp on my recordings.

So far I have tried:

• new SD card, no difference
• New GPS mount, same issue occurs
• Reset Camera - same issue
• It has had a new battery recently however this issue has been there long time, I just happen to need the location data now.

Can someone guide me what could be wrong with it, because as it initially connects and then loses GPS signal (after about 10/15 mins).

I have also updated the camera however that didn't help either.
