GS1000 "card full"

colleagues,
recently I discovered a message "card full" on my GS1000 dashcam, even though I erased all the data on the SD card, made a reset (pushed that little button with a pencil), doesnt help,
any idea what to do ?

it's a micro SD card so I put it to an adapter and tried to format it in a laptop with SD reader and here I have some issues.. in one laptop it's not readable, in another one windows simply refuses to format it in either normal or quick format, it says: "Windows was unable to complete the format", also its not an issue with this locker for deleting sth on a card..

even though I deleted manually all the mp4 files, it still claims 29GB are taken..

and how to format it within the camera ? in a menu there's an option "format" yes/no, picking 'yes' does nothing, or I missed sth ?

that's probable, but there's one thing I need to do before stating this, how to format that SD card from the level of camera ?
there's an option format -> yes/no, when you pick 'yes' it's supposed to format it right away ?
