Hi guys (and gals)!
Anyway, I thought I figured all settings for my GS5000 cam. Used supplied car adapter to power it.
Brought it home today to see the footage. Used it for three days in a car.
All was good except battery died over last night and time/date settings went south and I started from beginning of epoch time (1969).
I was under impression it should have never happened. Any input would be greatly appreciated on this matter.
My overall impression of the camera - I am not impressed at all. When I brought camera from just driven car with normal temperature inside (75 degrees - climate control) I was unable to setup time/date because buttons were sticking-up and not useable.
The whole camera feels flimsy. I understand it cost only $110.
Video quality is:
Daytime: 4 out of 5
Nighttime: 3.5 out of 5
License plates of near by cars are unreadable (I am talking distance 15-20 ft). Too much blur even during day time.
Any suggestion on a car dvr camera with 60fps at 1080p ?
Cheers,
Mark
