I HAVE GS9000 WANT TO USB BOOT MODE ....I TRY :
Press and hold the OK button, connect the camera to the computer via the USB cable, then press the power button. Hold for three seconds then release the buttons.
BUT CAN NOT CONECT IN DRIVER USB .... I USE WIN 7 32BIT .... AND WITH GS5000 I CAN CONECT SUSCESS WITH DRIVER USB ...
HELP MY GS9000 USB BOOT MODE?
 
I have the same problem, I can not connect the DVR to the USB Boot mode. Tried a lot of different combinations, but to no avail.
 
It turned out, but not completely. In the system there is a device, but unfortunately it is the unknown, and the drivers are not installed.
 
if you're trying to use the Ambarella USB updater software and your camera as an A2 powered cam the drivers are installed as part of the process, the software only works up to WinXP though, if you have a later O/S it won't work, might work in a WinXP virtual machine install (haven't tried it myself as I haven't had the need, keep an old XP machine just for running this software)
