It wasnt actualy bad here. Accidents happen all over world. But, as for my personal experience, there are alot of idiot drivers here and some places has a weird traffic signals which confusing most foreigners.

Korean drivers also never yield. People dont look while crossing. Oh and main city roads are actually confusing so navigation is a must here if you go somewhere.
 
Tell me that was a child that set of in mothers car when she was out of it, absolutely nothing in that video made me think this was a adult sane person driving.
