Guy pulls out in front of me

I was driving the speed limit, 55mph as can be seen on the video. A guy in a suburban came to a stop sign (left side) and did a complete stop then proceeded to pull out in front of me!

I think the guy was just spacing out. He cam eto a complete stop and then just decided to go. I'm not even sure if he knew I was there honking my horn!

Yeah.
i have to admit i once ran a red light with my car full of ppl, i only saw it when ppl yelled and i looked in the rear view mirror. 🙁

He probably thought it was a 4 way stop.
