Bought this 4 years ago and it worked fine for 2 years. Then I revisited it recently to check a video to find nothing had been recorded since late 2022! I bought a new 32M sd card and formatted it. Now videos record and can be read on laptop, but it will not show real-time images, with the attached error messages. Anyone out there got a suggestion?

Hello,
If you haven't already, you could try clearing the app's cache or storage, just as a standard troubleshooting step.
The app seems to have disappeared from the Play Store, so don't uninstall it unless you have the means to reinstall it (I see the apk is still available on various sites)

Hi Mark, thanks for your interest and response. I discovered that the Halfords app, which is no longer supported, cant cope with the version of Android I now have on my phone. Using the Ring app has solved the problem even though this is not a Ring product!
