Hard wiring the A119S

Hi,
I have a dual battery system in my 4WD, so have a battery cut-out device that will disconnect the Dual battery system when the Cranking battery gets below about 11.8v From memory.

I have the A119S hard wiring kit
Question is -> Can I power up from the ( + ) terminal of the 12v battery cut-out on the 'out-let' side, so the Cranking Battery never gets below a safe 11.8v ???

OR.... is the hardwiring device a battery disconnect device in the power cable for the A119S DashCam??
