Hello. I'm using this videorecorder-mirror

and connect it with the hardwire kit on the photo below. Red wire to fuse, who is powered when ignition is On and ground wire to the metal. Is it problem that it has only one wire(2 if counting the ground wire)? I know that usually hardwire kits has two wires - one to always powered fuse and other to fuse, who is powered after igniotion. I don't need parking surveillance because always put sun shade protection on the window and even if somebody hit the car, camera will not catch it. Also, I want to avoid any battery voltage dropping by using always powered fuse

If there are only 2 wires (presumably red and black), then the hardwire kit is intended for use only while the ignition is on. Is there a different hardwire kit (with three wires) that enables parking mode as indicated on the image from the mirror cam?

Another alternative is that the electronics are getting smarter and can detect the voltage difference between a running car and a car that is turned off and powers the camera mode accordingly.
