Hello,
I have a 2019 Honda with remote start, and I've noticed when I start my vehicle this way that power sources in the car are limited as the car's in "standby mode". Specifically, the cigarette lighter and USB power sources don't work until I switch to "on mode" by pushing the engine start/stop button. The vehicle also has a third option called "accessory mode". I'm planning to hardwire my dash cam, A Viofo T130, and was curious if anyone has experience in working around a car's standby mode. I'd like to have my dash cam to power on in "drive mode" when I start my vehicle remotely (not to be confused with the device's "parking mode"). Thanks!
