Head unit update

Hi I’ve just purchased one of these head units and boy are they hard work… my unit won’t load Zlink so I ask the provider for the link which he did send loaded onto a usb drive loaded it into my unit clicked the relevant buttons and nothing absolutely nothing ??? Also how do u get the the physical buttons to work ?? My Hazzard / child lock buttons do t do nothing ???
Anyone out there that can help ???
