I also had some problems with the mount, but in the end I fixed it using some glue, sandpaper and a black marker Let us know how did you solve the problem.

Click to expand... 1. Remove the plastic cover (using a needle or a guitar pick like tool) and then remove the two screws 2. remove the other two screws (which are near USB port) 3. Remove the top part; pay attention to power cables. Remove the pin. 4. now you have access on suction cup and its support. 5. Use a clamp and a good glue to glue them together. Don't use acetone based glue. If you already have a good glue, the cost of repairing is almost zero. Otherwise, you can order a new mount.
