What options were set in Parking mode?
It’s collision & motion detection. Mine is hardwired for continuous recording. If you don’t have it hardwired and the car is turned off, it won’t record when the car is off. That’s why I got the hardwire kit.

What's the Vantrue E3 upgraded?
E3’s pre-recording time has been extended to 15s. So when buffered motion detection is triggered, the cameras will automatically record 15s before the event and 30s after it occurs. So E3 is able to record the whole process in the event that any motion is detected from a 3-channel view at 1944P+1080P+1080P 30FPS.

Very nice.
A big old Volvo like that will make a mess of most modern cars, build like a tank.
