How Do You Unregister a Thinkware U3000 Pro From an Account

Hello I have a new Thinkware U3000 Pro but when I try to registered the cam withe the thinkware connected app it says that the dashcam is already registered.
It will not let me register the cam to my thinkware account so I cannot use any cloud features yet it continues to tell me to register the dashcam.
