How to reduce sharpness and edge enhance

I am looking for a solution to reduce sharpness and edge enhance.
What I found on net:

t is2 -shp mode 0
t is2 -shp cor d:\coring.txt
with 256 x 10 in coring.txt

Mode could be
0 - video
1 - fast still
2 - lowISO still
3 - highISO still

is not workig, at least for 1.5.12 23L and 1.2.12 22L. These days, I’ve gathered enough energy to re-find a solution for sharpnes and edge enhance. Again without success.
In the zip file is what I tried, all without success.
Is there any solution.
