I can't use wifi on my camera

I can't use wifi on my camera. I am able to connect to wifi with ios ot android but even though I am connected to wifi the app says I need to connect to wifi. I won't go any further. Have tried resetting the camera. Tried with different phones and tablets. Both Android and iOS.
