More than I can review. ;)
I got into a sticky situation @ 2:00 mark. :(
Audio replaced...

It turned yellow right on the crosswalk and the van in front of me was moving so followed but the van stopped for the bus.
I couldn't stay in the intersection so I went around thinking I can go around the van and get back on the lane as the lane was for oncoming traffic.
However, the bus came back in the lane and there was another light right next so no one could move and I got stuck on the oncoming turn lane until the lights turned green.
Why would they put lights next to each other with a timing that allows more cars than available space in the middle? Venting... ;)
Hopefully, no tickets in the mail.

There's probably a law regarding entering an intersection when you have a green, but can't clear the intersection. I see people doing this all the time in congested areas. They end up sitting in the middle of the intersection because they had a green. Can't go anywhere, end up blocking the intersection for the cross traffic when they have a green.

You got yourself into quite the pickle. Should have just stopped at the yellow like you ALMOST did.

This is one of my pet peeves. It happens daily at a light down the street.

did anyone else notice that it almost seemed to have a low framerate? like maybe 20 fps? seemed a little... "un-smooth" to me.

also, i can see how you got in that situation. couldn't see thru/past the work van, and had no way of knowing the bus was gonna pull out like that. i don't think you'd get a red light ticket for it since you cleared the intersection before it turned red, but had a cop driven by the other way, he might have asked why you were across the yellow line like that.

Exact reason why one shouldn't go. Once you realize your up creek without a paddle it's best to get to shore, I would have pulled as far right instead of thinking I'd pass the van and the bus and continue on my way.

That is a tough one. Normally if there's slow or stopped traffic, one should stop behind the stop bar even if there's still green to avoid blocking intersection. You couldn't see the bus and had no way of knowing the van would stop just across the intersection and not leave you any room to clear it.

Good eye @Gibson99, it's from Elephone ELE 4K action camera that only does 15 fps at that resolution.

It's even more fun in a big, slow truck. :)
I thought I had one video (Somewhere) where the cars on the cross street kept stopping two to three car lengths beyond the stop line on a tight intersection. I was in a left turn only lane, and needed most of the room to make that turn. I sat through 4-5 light cycles, with cars backing up behind me, and honking. Finally I said 'fudge it', and when the light turned green, I entered the intersection and turned as much as I could, and glared at the lady driving the first car who was 20-25 feet beyond her stop line, and rolled my window down, pointing at the stop line far behind her and the car behind her. I think it took 2-3 light cycles for the long line of cars to back up or squirm out of the way enough for me to make my turn and clear the intersection, all the time expressing how happy they were with me. :)

I was hoping my dash cam video would cover me if a cop showed up, but eventually I got through there. :)

I had turn the speakers off... else anyone listening may well have confused that for a porno soundtrack...
