If it's something along the lines of replacing a battery or a cabling/connector/card-slot issue, then a good computer repair shop can handle it. A lens replacement might be possible but will require some experimenting since nobody divulges exactly which lens they use and it's not going to be marked. Might just be time to replace it though.
