I just installed my A118 and I love how small it is! I lined it up with a car in front of me to make sure that it was as centered as possible. I was so focused on that and having it as high up on my windshield as possible that I didn't realize that I had mounted it too high up and now half of camera's vision is blue.

As you can see, the road in the upper half looks blue, but it is really just as bright and yellowish as it is immediately in front of my car.
Does this mess with the camera making it adjust too much?
I think my night time vision is also hindered, but I cant see much on the lower half, too, so I'm not sure if it is really the problem at night.

Ugh, now the problem is that the adhesive wont be as strong once I remove it.
Why is life so hard?!
Does it mess with the camera though?

It might do ok like that, I'd be inclined to give it a go and see how it is

I take it its within the sweep of your wipers?

What do you mean by that? I have it mounted to where those black dots are.
Thank you for replying so quickly, btw.

If the windscreen wipers don't cover where the camera is you won't see much when it's raining

If the wipers reach there, just leave it there and see how it performs. You're not making a movie so slight tint won't matter and maybe the tint will help with glare. Test it out a few days before ripping it off and remember to aim it with not to much sky in the picture.
