Yup, in full screen mode you can clearly see there was someone riding on top, he shuffles as the load slowly (but inevitably) shifts.
 
I love how the whole bus is watching and waiting for the fall!

Perhaps he should have taken that left-hand bend a little faster, centripetal force may have stopped it from tipping!
 
They were tied on pretty well though. The sacks of rice or whatever were mostly in tact.
 
I dont think thats rice in those sacks, that would add up to a massive overload, my guess would be recycled plastic or somthing.
Even with just 20 kg or so in each bag, it will be severe top heavy, allso bags dont seem to deform much witch i assume they would if they where rice at 30-50 Kg in each sack
 
That load seems to start at about 1.5m in hight to say 4m high. The middle of that is about 2.8m high 😱
We load trucks close to 3m hight(centre of load) but the trucks don't exceed their capacity here. This truck sure did.
