hi,
...as I have a A119-v1:
Can I just 1:1 replace the A119 v1 with the A119-V3 - without swapping out the GPS-mount-module ?

Sure - I'm aware, that the V1-gps-module has issues (pins) - but I 'fixed' that myself.
If I could keep the GPS-base-plate mounted - the H.265-feature is really THE feature - I'd like to have. :)

GPS module V3 is incompatible with due to software with V 1 / 2

The V2 camera wasn't compatible with the V1 mount so can't see the V3 working with your old mount, wiring configuration is likely different as well since the V3 supports parking mode via the mount now

The power connections on the V1 are different to v2 which are similar to the V3 power connection. But as gse said the GPS is not compatible as the wiring has been changed with in the GPS to allow other features. If no GPS v2 and V3 are the same.unfortunately no go for the V1.

thanks for the infos ... - even if it destroys some of my naive illusions :)
