Is there a setting or firmware that will delay the parking mode?

I'd like to delay the time the camera actually goes into parking mode after I shut off the ignition (not long, just a few minutes will be fine)

Is there a setting that will allow this?

If not, I may have to add an adjustable timer relay to the ignition circuit, but I'm hoping I don't have to

The newer hardwire kit from MEG should match your needs. Not sure when it will be released!

Those MEG hardwire devices look quite good

You may also be able to move your fuse tap to a fuse that stays on for a while, for example most ECU fuses will stay on for around 4 minutes after ignition off to keep the fuel vapor capture system working and meet environmental regulations. Some cars can keep the accessory sockets on for 20 minutes after the car is locked.
