Issues with front camera and application

Hello,
have some issues with recently installed device, any help would be appreciated.
First - after several days application started to report an error while trying to enter setup or even stop the recording.
Second - front camera produces colored flickering artifacts while recording and some video files are unreadable or partially readable. Rear camera works well though. Does not depend on whether engine runs or not.
Powered by connecting both red and yellow wires to one of the fuses. Black wire is connected directly to the battery. Firmware not upgraded, the one which I found on the site looks quite old, and could not find newer versions anywhere. Link to the latest firmware would be greatly appreciated too.

Does not depend on whether engine runs or not.

Unplug and plug the front camera cable connectors. Contact the seller directly for a replacement camera if same problem.

Looks like the issue is with front camera or extension cable. Switched the cameras and the flickering now at the rear channel. Application has managed to connect to the device.
By the way, could anyone share the newest version of the firmware, please?
