Lane 1 to Lane 2 to exit Slip in one easy move

Not quite sure what the Fiesta was thinking with sudden move to lane 2 then back onto exit slip. Certainly made the car think an collision was pending which is what the flashing red light in bottom right of image and alarm noise you can hear is.

 
I don't think it was a Fiesta but either way, that was a dangerous move.
