LB100 Need help

I have had this camera for quiet awhile and I need help.

i have installed the new firmware and it works, sometimes. I keep changing the name on the firmware but when I go back to check on it, the name changes back to the original. I keep getting partial videos that suddenly turns white at the end.

Also, does anyone else have major issues with the mount? Have you changed it out to something better?

Would you let me know what the name means? Is the name firmware file name? or video file name?
