Just bought my second camera, a 1080P CAR DVR Vehicle Video Camera Recorder Dash Cam G-sensor GS8000L+HDMI Cable which I guess is a slightly newer version of my first one which was a GS8000.
In the menu is an option LDW under which it has ON/OFF - CAR TYPE - SENSITIVITY - AREA CHOICE - START SPEED.
Anybody any idea what all this is please? The "AREA CHOICE" has Taiwan or China???

Where can one get a proper, comprehensive (English) manual for this please?

LDW = Lane Departure Warning ie the camera will warn you if you start to drift out of your lane.

My dashcam has it but I've left it switched off.

Correct would be LDWS, Ambarella based dashcams has it.
I doubt 22usd dashcam has LDWS.
Meaning LDW ( withot S ) is something else or just a "marketing trick".
