Live Feed Without Using App?

Is there a way to get access to the live video feed of the 70mai dashcam without opening the app?
Many dashcams have a URL that you can open in a video player.

I'm looking to do some live streaming, and although I can just capture my phone screen, it would be better if I can directly access the video feed.
