Looking for all in one: dashcam + GPS tracker (with GSM)

Hi,

I'm looking for dash cam with GPS tracker and GSM module that lets remotely locate device when camera is not plugged to car charger and is not recording (sort of anti-theft system). I made ~45 minutes research and I was not able to find anything which is either cheap (<$250) OR* good (all above mentioned features + Full HD/30fps video quality).

[*]I'm not even dreaming about 'AND' here

Alternatively I would be also interested in car navigation with GPS tracker (with ability to locate it remotely) but I guess that would be off topic here.

There are GPSes with dashcams built in, but they're usually QHD/VGA quality.

But I haven't heard of a real-time tracking system on a dashcam.

This company (Drive Proof) sells an accessory for their dash cameras: http://driveproof.com/shop/gps-trackproof . Doesn't seem to integrate the functionality in any kind of interesting way though.
