Has anyone dealt with this company. It looks like they have the Matego MG300w for $24.00 in US$ on Aliexpress. This sounds too good to be true, is it?

This is scamm.
Check his "sold" history, "feedback", etc.
Also price tells you as you suggested "This sounds too good to be true"
Matego MG300-series is very high built, very reliable product, good hardware, strong built, only drawback is they using OV2710 CMOS, which puts it in the same category as 90-100 usd dash-cameras ( if taking into consideration its based on capacitors ). If taking as video quality at night, then I would say it equal to 50 usd dash cams, but as mentioned above, I think 90-100 usd is fair price for its high built quality, but for sure not 150-180 usd as they normally sell to outside China market.
