Mini 0906 with hardwire kit seems to be staying on constantly.

Basically what the title says, it just never seems to power off.
 
Have you set the little switch on the hardwire box to it’s lowest voltage?

Switched to lowest voltage and I have it wired according to the instructions but it's still staying on constantly.
