Missing video files

you are right,but in my case it was the wrong choice to go whith VIOFO and come back to chinece dashcam(unfortunately).That "missing files " are not the only problem,there also GPS mount wobblyng in my camera.But i need to say that PQ are pretty good,and it could be a good dashcam in case of overal good quality-which is not.

Getting a bad unit is unfortunate, but can and does happen in every brand of electronics. Both of your issues will be fixed with the seller replacing the camera and mount.
