Mobile App not detecting firmware updates

When I establish a WiFi connection to the dashcam, the application does not automatically notify me about the availability of updates. Should I navigate to a specific section within the app to manually search for these updates?

Happens on iPhone 15 Pro Max and a Samsung S24 Ultra. Defiantly not the phones…
