Mobius lens pointing up? (clip to shirt like md80)

Im considering using a mobius as a "body cam" to capture harassment.

Is there enough room to cut a hole in the "button side" or the other side to make the lens face "out" when clipped to a shirt pocket?
(Like an MD80).

Also is there a mode where it can always keep recording with a 30s or min buffer, and when I hit a button it starts saving w that "history"?
The Taser Axon camera has this capability.

Rather than modify the Mobius case, you can achieve the result you seek with alternative Mobius cases...

With regard to buffering, Mobius doesn't have this feature.

The new mobius battery is supposed to be good for 130 minutes. You might also consider adding a usb power supply for longer recording time. There are some available that are very small and cheap. I have no idea if they are good or not.
