Mola n3 pixelated screen

Hello,
i`ve just installed mola n3 in my car. At first when i entered to the cam through app the image was clear with no pixels, and then something happened and now i am seeing it pixelated. When i entered to see what is recorded the image was clear.
So is it normal seeing pixalated in preview or?

i`ve just downloaded some videos through app and they`re crap. I don`t know why. I set it to max resolution but......
any recomendations?
