This truck driver gets upset because he thinks I try to stop him from changing lanes. He then pulls over so he can fight me.

I ignore him.

 
You disrespected his indicator! It was a matter of honour! :D
 
Good thing not stopping ;) Two local rednecks decided to have it out with their road rage and now one is dead and the other will be wishing he hadn't shot him for rest of his life sitting in jail. Honor? Respect? Sorry, but judges and juries don't buy that stuff.

I'm not sure they're that smart - especially if you mix in a bit of 'adult beverage'.
