Move pause button on playback? Thanks

Hi, I’ve just got a 312 which I am pleased with, except that on replay of the files, in camera or transferred to my phone, the play/pause button is always right in the centre of the screen and obscured the view of the road and traffic ahead, is it possible to move it to one side or top/bottom of the screen please?
