Mrolik S10 not displaying map nor tracking info.

I recently purchased a Mrolik S10 front and rear dash cam. When I download the video files, despite speed, and lat/long coordinates are displayed in the playback screen, the google map is blank and no tracking info is shown in Dashcam Viewer Free. My PC is running Win 11.
Any ideas please?
