MT1 is not working

Hi guys! My MT1 is not working. The wifi indicator and the red indicator light up. Then they stop burning and nothing happens. Inserted an SD card with firmware, it does not help. Perhaps there is a complete firmware file for the MX25L6405 chip. There is a programmer. Sorry for the language, I'm using a translator.

Me and a friend both have the same problem, my MT1 had been off the bike for about a year, then found it wasnt working, my friend also had similar issues, Ive contacted Viofo and they offered to send another power cable, but there is power on the cable, its been tested with a volt meter.
any updates on this?
