N. Cali coastal forest drive

Drove about 8 miles to get to a hiking trail head. I was very surprised to see a car lot at the end filled with a handful of Prius



At the 1:55 mark, I get splashed by an idiot in a Cadillac SUV. Lucky for him I had family in the car

This is an area where redwoods grow. Thats why it looks nice. It takes certain conditons for the redwoods to live and grow to be 1,500 years. Sadly, early settlers in the 1800's-1900's, chopped over 90% of the old growth.
