Hope someone can help me.
I'm looking for a front and rear camera setup. It's mainly to keep an eye on the car whilst parked, must be discreet and record if someone walks past or knocks the car.

I have been looking at the Blackvue 650 but at over £300 it's out of my budget.

Do you need 1 or 2 channel system ?

I'm new to all this.
I want a camera that looks out the front and another out the rear. GPS would be good.

black vue cannot solve the over heat problem and there may be blurred images since there is not cpl protection.
If you are looking for reliable dash cam recording in both daily driving and parking mode, you should check out for other brand like the Lukas.

Being new to dashcamworld, 2ch + GPS + parking, I would also recommend Blacksys CF-100. High qualitu built, reliable, good video quality, parking mode / pre-buffer recording. You just need to buy a GPS antenna and battery discharge prevention device. All together I think will cost you around 100GBP.

Today the BlackSys CF-100 is an astonishingly cheap £60 at Amazon.
