Hi
I have a Nextbase Dashcam 122, the dash cam has been recording with no issues, however today my dad had a serious accident and he mentioned the dash cam showed a red lock on the screen after the incident but no videos can be found of the accident. There are full recording of the driving before and after the incident but nothing during the accident.
I have checked the Nextbase website and it mentions there is a G-Sensor which activates which stores the video in a protected folder, however when i insert the SD card into the computer i cannot find the protected folder.
I have subsequently re-inserted the SD card back into the camera and it now asking me to format the SD card.
Is there anything I can do to find the protected folder?
