Not recording consistently and parking mode issues

Hello,
I'm having an issue with Viofo A129 Duo. I recently upgraded to this 2-channel dashcam from my 70mai Dashcam, and I’ve been quite unhappy with it so far. Two main issues have come up. I'm using a SanDisk 128GB High Endurance MicroSD card.

First, the recordings seem to stop unexpectedly while I'm driving. For example, if I check my recordings from 1 PM to 2 PM, I should see 59 clips at 1-minute intervals, but I often find only one recording or a few clips, missing much of the drive. I initially thought this might be linked to the second issue, but I also found that the "parking" footage is missing.

Second, regarding parking mode, I’ve noticed that it sometimes fails to switch back to driving mode when I start my car. I checked the hardwiring kit, and it is indeed receiving 12V constant and 12V switched power.

Does anyone have any ideas about what might be going wrong?

@VIOFO-Support - I think issue #2 is his problem.

1. Are you running the latest firmware?

2. It sounds like you've hardwired your vehicle improperly. Yellow is an accessory Wire (only active when car is turned on). Red is Battery (an always active fuse). Black is ground. I'm 95% positive you have chosen improper fuses or picked a fuse with conflict due to canbus.

3. You can test another MicroSD card but I'm 95% sure issue #2 is the source of the problem.
