Does anyone have a copy of a Novatek SDK they could let me have a copy of, or send me a link for? Ideally something covering the NT966xx devices, so something quite old would do.

The SDK in the link you provided is for the NT78326, which is likely not used for dash cams. Novatek NT966xx series, on the other hand, is a SoC commonly used in dash cameras.

Does anyone have the SDK for NT96670 and would be willing to share it?
